What point cloud formats do you accept?
I work with .rcp, .e57, .pts, and .xyz files. If your scan is in another format, send me a sample and I'll confirm I can open it.
Do I need to scan the whole building, or can I send a partial scan?
A partial scan is fine, just tell me which areas or floors you need modeled. Package sizes are based on scanned area, not the whole building.
Do you offer revisions if the model needs changes?
Yes, each package includes revisions for adjustments within the original scope. Major scope changes are handled as a paid extra.
