I worked as an Unreal Engine Game Developer, collaborating with a team on game development projects that focused on gameplay systems, interactivity, and performance optimization. My primary role involved working with Unreal Engine Blueprints to design and implement core gameplay mechanics. I developed and structured systems such as player movement, interaction systems, basic combat logic, UI interactions, and game flow mechanics, ensuring smooth and responsive gameplay experiences. I contributed to building and refining gameplay features by creating reusable Blueprint systems, organizing logic for scalability, and supporting integration with 3D assets and animations. This included working on interactive objects, triggers, event systems, and environment-based gameplay elements. In addition, I assisted in optimizing Blueprint performance, reducing unnecessary complexity, and ensuring efficient execution for real-time gameplay. I worked closely with artists and designers to ensure that gameplay mechanics aligned with visual assets and overall game design goals. My experience also included preparing systems for multiplayer-ready environments, focusing on stability, responsiveness, and user interaction within game worlds. This role strengthened my ability to work within Unreal Engine, develop functional Blueprint systems, and contribute to creating engaging, game-ready experiences.
