Over mij
I have more than 20 years of competitive swimming experience, representing Latvia at major international competitions. I have competed at 8 World Championships, European Championships, World Cup events, and the Summer Universiade, with my best World Championship result being 24th in the 50m backstroke in 2022.
I now use this experience to provide online coaching, personalized training plans, video technique analysis, and practical advice to help swimmers improve their performance.
