I will create a construction schedule in Microsoft Project using your project scope, activity list and agreed durations.
I am a civil engineer and Technical Office Chief with over 12 years of construction experience, including scheduling, progress monitoring and reporting.
Deliverables:
- Editable Microsoft Project (.MPP) file
- PDF Gantt chart
- Activity dependencies and key milestones
BASIC: Up to 25 activities with logical links, milestones and a Gantt chart.
STANDARD: Up to 60 activities with WBS, dependencies, milestones, critical path and a brief schedule summary.
PREMIUM: Up to 100 activities, plus a baseline and one progress update using your actual progress data. Update data must be supplied within the agreed delivery period.
Please provide your scope, activity list, durations, start date, working calendar and deadlines. If durations are unavailable, message me to agree on assumptions before ordering.
Resource loading, cost loading, delay claims and ongoing monitoring are not included. Revisions cover adjustments within the agreed scope.

No. Resource loading, cost loading, delay claims, and ongoing monitoring are outside these packages.
What does the Premium progress update include?
One update using your supplied actual start dates, finish dates, progress percentages, and remaining durations. Progress data must be provided within the agreed delivery period.
