During my tenure with Amazon, I was responsible for managing operational workflows within the Retail Systems Platform, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs while maintaining high quality and accuracy standards across catalog processes. I collaborated closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve listing issues, optimize product data, and improve overall catalog selection and performance. My role required strong analytical thinking, root cause analysis, and data driven decision making in fast paced, high accountability environments. I consistently handled complex cases, streamlined workflows, and implemented process improvements that enhanced operational efficiency and vendor satisfaction. This experience strengthened my ability to work within structured systems, manage performance metrics, and deliver measurable outcomes. I bring the same discipline, precision, and results focused mindset to every project I undertake.
