Have a character you love, but their backstory is still a handful of ideas, scattered notes, or "I'll figure it out eventually"? I can help turn those pieces into a story that feels like your character has lived a life before Session 1.
I'll take the character you've created and develop a cohesive backstory built around their personality, motivations, relationships, goals, flaws, and the world they belong to.
Depending on your package, your backstory may include:

This service is designed for D&D and other TTRPG characters. You don't need to have everything figured out- that's part of the fun! Give me what you know, from a detailed character sheet to a race, class, and a few ideas, and well build from there.

Tell me whatever you already know about your character! This can include their name, ancestry/race, class, personality, campaign setting, important relationships, goals, or any ideas you want included. A fully completed character sheet is not required—rough ideas are welcome.
2. Can you work with a character I’ve already started developing?
Absolutely! This service is built around your character and your ideas. I can take existing notes, character details, campaign lore, or a partial backstory and develop them into a cohesive story while keeping the character true to your vision.
3. Do you only write for D&D characters?
No! While D&D characters are welcome, I can write for characters from other tabletop RPG systems and original settings as well. If your game or setting has important lore or rules I should know, please include them with your order.
4. Will you create my character’s stats or character sheet?
This gig focuses on character backstory and story development rather than gameplay mechanics or character builds. You’re welcome to provide stats, class features, or other mechanical details that should influence the character’s story.
5. What are GM Story Hooks?
GM Story Hooks are an optional add-on that gives you a separate collection of unresolved relationships, secrets, conflicts, connections, and story possibilities your GM can potentially weave into the campaign.
