Six years in web design, three of those freelancing full-time. I've built around 50 sites across Framer and Webflow , some simple, some complex, all done properly. Before freelancing, I worked at a digital marketing creative agency for just over four years as a web designer. Day to day involved designing and building websites in Webflow, creating landing pages for marketing campaigns, producing visual assets in Figma, and collaborating with copywriters and strategists to make sure the design served the campaign goal , not just looked good in isolation. I picked up Framer around 2022 when it became a proper site-building tool and started integrating it into client work from there. By the time I left, it had become my preferred platform for design-forward projects. Most of my work since going independent has come through referrals and direct client relationships ; people who've had a bad experience with a previous designer and need someone who'll actually see it through properly. That's the gap I tend to fill. A few results worth mentioning: one client's bounce rate dropped 41% after a full Webflow rebuild. Another moved from WordPress to Framer and their page speed improved enough to see real Core Web Vitals gains within 60 days. I also built a Webflow CMS for a small media team that finally let them handle their own content updates , they'd been relying on a developer for that for over a year. I don't take every job. I take the ones where I can do the work properly. If the timeline is too tight to do it right, I'll say that before we start , not after you've paid.
