What I need from you:
- A base to model from: DWG or PDF drawings, or dimensioned sketches, with plans, sections and elevations
- Your software and version, so the file opens on your side
I do not model from photos, references or verbal descriptions alone. Orders without a base will not be started.

What is the difference between LOD 200 and LOD 300?
LOD 200 has generic elements with approximate sizes, good for studies. LOD 300 has specific wall, slab, door and window types with accurate dimensions, ready for documentation.
Which software versions do you work with?
Revit and Archicad. Tell me your version in the requirements and I will deliver a file that opens on your side.
Can you model from photos or a verbal description?
No. I need DWG or PDF drawings, or dimensioned sketches, with plans, sections and elevations.
Do you model structure and MEP?
This gig covers the architectural model. Structural elements shown in your drawings (columns, beams, slabs) are included as architectural elements. MEP is not included.
My project is larger than 1,500 m². Can you do it?
