What can you automate with n8n?
Almost any repetitive process: lead capture → CRM → email or Slack, invoice and booking handling, scheduled reports, follow-ups, data syncing between tools. If you do it manually on a schedule, it can probably run itself — message me the task and I'll confirm before you order.
Can you build AI agents with OpenAI or Claude?
Yes. I build agents that read your docs and answer clients (RAG), draft emails, classify leads and make routing decisions — with memory and tool access, not just a chat widget. Agents plug into any workflow step.
Do you automate WhatsApp, Telegram or email workflows?
Yes — notifications, reminders, AI assistants and follow-up sequences across WhatsApp, Telegram, Gmail and Outlook. Communication flows are the most requested automations and they pay for themselves fastest.
Can you fix or improve my existing n8n, Make or Zapier workflow?
Yes. I audit, repair and extend broken or half-finished automations, including API, webhook and logic errors. And if anything I delivered ever breaks in production, I fix it free until it runs.
Is it possible to automate social media posting?
Yes — scheduling, auto-posting and cross-posting across X, LinkedIn and Instagram, with optional AI drafting and an approval step so nothing goes live without your OK.
What do you need from me to start?
A plain description of the manual task as you do it today, least-privilege access or API keys for the tools involved, and where the workflow should live: n8n cloud, your VPS, or my staging first. I reply within the hour and start right after.
n8n, Make or Zapier — which is right for me?
Zapier for quick standard connections, Make for cost-effective mid-complexity, n8n for complex, custom or self-hosted workflows with no per-task SaaS fees. I recommend the best fit honestly before you order — and I build in n8n or custom code.
My tool has no n8n node. Is that a dead end?
No. If it has an API, I connect it via custom nodes, HTTP requests or webhooks. Writing custom nodes is exactly the engineering layer that separates me from no-code assemblers.
What are my monthly costs after delivery?
My fee covers the build. You keep your own API keys; typical LLM usage is $5-30 per month and self-hosted n8n is free. I estimate running costs before we start so there are no surprises.
My project doesn't fit the packages. What now?
Message me the scope — I review your processes and send a custom offer with fixed price and timeline, and I'll tell you honestly which package, if any, actually fits. Multi-workflow systems are where most of my Standard and Premium work lives.
