Led API integration of a credit aggregator, Samsung Care, Samsung Pay and a rewards programme. Launched the eStore with a full payment stack: online acquiring, bank installment, Samsung Pay, cash on delivery. Results: eStore sales x4, conversion x2, NPS +14, monthly visitors from 0.5M to 1M+. Worked daily in English with the global team.
