A SaaS founder approached SignalStack Labs with a problem. Their existing site looked modern but failed to convert. The structure was scattered, animations were distracting, and content hierarchy lacked clarity. My role was to rebuild the entire framer website with performance, narrative flow, and conversion psychology at the center. The first step was restructuring the framer website design architecture. Instead of stacking sections randomly, I engineered a logical progression from problem framing to product demonstration to pricing confidence.
