For 3.5 years, I served as the creative engine for Webider Corp, managing everything from video post-production to paid media campaigns. I didn't just edit videos; I built complete content systems that helped the company scale its digital presence smoothly and efficiently. My core impact and responsibilities included: ► End-to-End Content Packaging: Led the post-production of long-form and short-form videos, pairing every final edit with click-optimized thumbnails, social graphics, and engaging copy. ► Paid Media & Ad Creatives: Designed high-converting visual assets and actively built, launched, and managed targeted ad campaigns directly on Meta and LinkedIn. ► AI-Powered Workflows: Introduced modern AI tools to speed up our creative process. I used advanced prompting frameworks to generate scripts, AI voiceovers, and digital avatars, cutting down production time. ► Creative Operations & Management: Ran the back-end of our content machine. I handled the social media publishing strategy and built highly organized Google Drive systems (using strict folder structures and naming conventions) so the entire team could collaborate without friction. Working alongside an incredibly supportive team, this role sharpened my ability to blend creative video production with real marketing strategy.
