I worked with a client to build a modern financial dashboard using Glide. The goal was to create a clean, user-friendly app that tracks income, expenses, and overall financial performance with real-time updates. A key feature was implementing two toggles: one for currency (USD to EUR) and another for time period (monthly to annually). The main challenge was ensuring both toggles updated all data instantly without page reloads or errors. I resolved this by restructuring the data logic and applying safe calculations to prevent issues like invalid values. I also developed an expenses pie chart that responds dynamically to both toggles, ensuring accurate data across the dashboard and balance sheet. Additionally, I improved the UI by simplifying the layout, aligning elements, and removing unnecessary titles to create a cleaner, more professional look. Finally, I added user authentication with secure login options, ensuring users can safely access their data. The result is a responsive and reliable financial dashboard with smooth real time performance.
