What happens during a session?
During a session, I will go into the meditative theta state of consciousness, while connecting to Divine source energy of all that is and clears all beliefs that are limiting you from reaching your goals. Then your soul will download the new beliefs and remove the old ones.
What shall recipients do during a session?
I prefer, if the recipient can stay relaxed, while the energy changes take place within moments. Also, make sure you are well hydrated with plenty of water. It will make it easier to grant energy effectively.
