Over mij
I'm an ICF-credentialed coach and educator offering 1:1 coaching for professionals and educators in demanding roles. I know what it's like to give everything to a role and quietly lose yourself in it - I've lived it, and it's what drew me to this work. I help people find their footing again, set boundaries that hold, and reconnect with who they are beyond the job. Having built a life across three countries and in several languages, I bring a warm, human, and inclusive approach to everyone I work with.

I coach teachers, educators, and women through the demanding transitions that reshape who they are - from burnout, boundaries, and staying yourself inside a role that asks everything, to matrescence, relocation, and rebuilding identity in a new chapter. As a qualified teacher and ICF-trained coach (CPC-ACC), I offer 1:1 coaching in English and German that helps clients move from overwhelm to clarity and confidence.
