Hi! We're best friends with a passion for writing, reading, and storytelling. We both have years of experience in creative writing, editing, and constructive feedback.
For all packages: We will both Beta Read your story, making notes directly in the text of your MS Word or Google document, and offer feedback on:
- Plot
- Character
- Dialogue
- Setting
- Pacing
- Viewpoints
For the Standard and Premium packages:
When we finish reading your work, we will each write a detailed, 1-page Reader Report, so you have feedback from both of us. Your Reader Report will include our first impressions, suggestions for improvements, and positive feedback. Please let us know in advance if you'd like our reports to focus on a specific aspect(s) of your story!
We love the following genres:
- Children's Literature/Fantasy/Magic
- YA (all categories)

- Historical Fiction/Romance
- Mystery/Thriller/Suspense
- Dystopian
*We don't read erotica, stories containing abuse, explicit sex scenes,

What if my genre isn't listed?
We're open to reading other genres as well! Please send us a message with a little more about your story, and we will get back to you as soon as possible! The only stories we will not consider are erotica, stories containing abuse, explicit sex scenes, or scenes with assault.
Will you edit my file?
Yes, we will provide in-text notes on your MS Word or Google Docs file.
What is your critique style?
We are both compassionate, friendly, and upbeat people - we will offer our opinion with kindness! But we also want you to get the most out of our services! So we will be honest and open about our feedback.
Will you sign an NDA before you read my manuscript?
We will be happy to sign an NDA! We understand the nature of creative writing and want you to feel absolutely comfortable with other people reading your work.
