RenderQue is a cloud transcoding and delivery platform for post-production teams. It ingests directly from a client's shared Drive or Dropbox link and returns edit-ready, NLE-conformant proxies — removing local ingest, manual media management, and the Media Encoder bottleneck that sits in front of every edit. A companion desktop app closes the last mile. Originals and proxies land on the editor's machine automatically, in the structure the NLE expects — no browser downloads, no download manager, no manual file handling. By the time the editor sits down, the media is already there. Teams that prefer cloud-side delivery get the proxies written back to their own storage instead. Architecture: Python service layer, FFmpeg transcode pipeline with a decode router for vendor codecs, direct integration against the Google Drive and Dropbox APIs. Handles variable-frame-rate conform, NLE-matched proxy naming, and dual-target delivery to cloud or local disk.

Post-production studio for technology companies — podcast programming, product launch videos, campaign and advertising creative. Clients range from billion-dollar software companies to startups shipping a first product, concentrated across Silicon Valley and Europe with additional work in the Middle East. Retainer model, USD billing. The studio has grown entirely through inbound and referral with no outbound sales function, and has never lost a client over quality of work. Built the operating infrastructure the studio runs on: an automated intake and project pipeline that moves an engagement from brief to delivery without manual coordination, and a seven-department structure that keeps delivery independent of the founder. Everyone on the core team is hired for subject-matter fluency alongside craft. Developed the studio's editorial signature — a distinct visual and pacing standard that clients now request by name.
