I offer bioinformatics and machine learning solutions for biological research. My Master’s work at CSIR-IGIB focused on SNARE protein discovery using ML and structural analysis. I build ML pipelines, apply deep learning and GNNs to proteomics, and work with AlphaFold, ESM-2, and MD simulations (GROMACS, OpenMM). I also provide scientific writing, literature review, and clear research documentation, delivering reproducible and data-driven results.
