Conducted research on bioaugmentation strategies to enhance targeted volatile fatty acid (VFA) production under alkaline anaerobic fermentation conditions. • Operated and monitored laboratory-scale Anaerobic Sequencing Batch Reactors (ASBRs) for anaerobic fermentation experiments. • Performed reactor sampling and monitored key process parameters, including pH, Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Total Solids (TS), Volatile Solids (VS), and alkalinity. • Quantified volatile fatty acids (VFAs) using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). • Analyzed biogas composition using Gas Chromatography (GC). • Prepared and processed samples for chromatographic and physicochemical analyses following standard laboratory protocols. • Applied aseptic techniques during microbial handling and bioaugmentation experiments. • Processed, analyzed, and visualized experimental data using R and RStudio, including statistical analysis and publication-quality figures. • Interpreted reactor performance and microbial process data to assess bioaugmentation efficiency and VFA production. • Conducted literature reviews and contributed to experimental planning, technical reports, and scientific documentation.
