I collect, clean, and analyze loan recovery data from both local and international departments using CRM and Yeaster systems to monitor the daily performance of 40+ Relationship Managers (RMs). I automate hourly and end-of-day KPI reports using Python, MS Power BI, and Excel dashboards, tracking key metrics such as Total Calls, Unique Calls, Answered Calls, Talktime, CRM updates, and PTP (Promise to Pay). By identifying performance trends, call efficiency gaps, and regional recovery patterns, I transform raw data into actionable insights that strengthen decision-making for team leads and operations managers.
