Over mij
With the experimental spirit of a craftsman-designer towards chemical reagents and rare minerals, I conduct a ritual of material transformation on the canvas. Through the fusion of linen, oil-based pigments, sulfides, cinnabar, and unknown compounds, I create portrait works that combine the illustrations of medieval manuscripts, mysterious symbols, and the process of material transformation. The figures in the paintings are undergoing a dual purification of both chemical and spiritual nature.
