Working with Prestige Group; I have been assisting them in the construction material takeoff and cost estimation for the GC scope of work. The main objective of the job is to include minute details from the details and call out down to the sealants, flashings and fireproofing. I had some difficulties in the start with the cost of the materials. However, with the great collaborations between both the parties and direct reach out to the vendors. We have managed to achieve 90% accurate cost estimates, that helped him win great business for the team.

At Levcon I am preparing concrete, rebar and formwork estimates for multiple jobs. We have worked on hundreds of jobs till now and counting. In the start we managed to conduct meetings to organize the takeoffs and the formatting of the Excel Sheet to align with the in house template used to submit the bids. Till now, we are successfully winning business for him and have the win ratio of 88%.
