My eBay listing workflow starts with carefully reviewing the photos provided by the client to identify each item's brand, model, size, color, style, and condition. I examine the available photos for visible flaws, damage, stains, scratches, or signs of wear to ensure the listing accurately represents the item. I also review any notes or additional information provided by the client and avoid guessing details that cannot be verified. Next, I use Terapeak Product Research to find similar sold items, compare prices, and determine a competitive listing price based on the item's condition, brand, and market demand. I pay attention to relevant sold listings rather than relying only on active listings when estimating the item's value. If exact matches are difficult to find, I compare similar products and use my judgment to suggest a reasonable price. I then create an SEO-friendly title using relevant keywords that buyers are likely to search for, while keeping it clear and within eBay's character limit. I write an accurate product description highlighting the item's important features, condition, and other available details. After that, I select the appropriate category, complete the required item specifics, upload the correct photos, and enter the remaining listing information according to the client's instructions. When permitted by the client, I also use AI tools to help generate title ideas, improve descriptions, organize product information, and make my workflow more efficient. However, I always review and verify AI-generated content against the photos and available information to avoid inaccurate or misleading details. Before saving or publishing a listing, I perform a final quality check to ensure the title, descriptions, item specifics, condition, price, and photos are consistent and accurate. If information is missing or unclear, I flag it for the client's confirmation instead of making assumptions. My goal is to create an accurate and well-organize listings.
