I will build custom obsidian vault second brain pkm dashboard templates and workflow
Over deze dienst
Your notes should help you think, not become another place to search
I build custom Obsidian vaults for people who want one clear system for ideas, projects, research, tasks, and knowledge. Instead of filling your workspace with random plugins, I design the structure around how you capture, connect, retrieve, and act on information
Your setup can include folders, tags, backlinks, Maps of Content, daily notes, project hubs, task tracking, Dataview dashboards, Templater workflows, metadata, custom templates, plugin configuration, and clean navigation
Need to move from Notion, Evernote, Apple Notes, Google Docs, or an existing messy vault? I can reorganize and rebuild your content into a system that stays usable as it grows
I can also tailor your vault around PARA, Zettelkasten, GTD, research, content creation, client work, business operations, or a hybrid method built for you
You receive a practical Obsidian workspace, not a pretty dashboard you stop using after a week
Send me your current setup, what feels messy, and what you need Obsidian to help you manage. I will build the structure around your real workflow and make it simple to maintain. Make your vault work better.

Veelgestelde vragen
My current Obsidian vault is already messy. Do you need to rebuild everything?
Not necessarily. I can audit your existing structure first, keep what is working, simplify what is not, and reorganize your folders, links, tags, templates, metadata, and dashboards without needlessly starting from zero.
Should I use PARA, Zettelkasten, GTD, or another system?
I will not force a methodology onto your workflow. I look at how you capture information, manage projects, retrieve notes, and complete tasks, then use PARA, Zettelkasten, GTD, Maps of Content, or a hybrid structure where it actually helps.
Can you create advanced Dataview and Templater systems?
Yes. I can configure Dataview dashboards, metadata-driven note views, reusable Templater structures, project hubs, task views, daily-note workflows, and compatible community plugins based on the complexity of your package.
