1. Interconnection of FocusPN with Ministry of Finance Office Automation (OA) FocusPN is DJKN's core application used for managing the administration of State Receivables under the PUPN (Committee for State Receivables Affairs). In conducting administration, the output consists of legal and non-legal products integrated with the Ministry of Finance's Office Automation (OA). This allows FocusPN users to draft official correspondence within FocusPN, which is then automatically uploaded to Nadine (Ministry of Finance's official document management system). 2. Interconnection of FocusPN with Bank Mandiri Exchange Rates FocusPN features a currency module to monitor 16 target foreign currencies. This module is interconnected with Bank Mandiri via automated data retrieval daily at 09:00 WIB and 15:00 WIB. It includes an automated Slack Chat Bot notification system that alerts application developers immediately if any issues occur during exchange rate data fetching. 3. FocusPN Dashboard Automation FocusPN includes an Executive Dashboard feature to monitor key performance indicators and achievements across regional/vertical offices as well as nationally. The feature has been automated to pull data daily at 01:00 WIB to regularly update changes corresponding to daily accounting book-closing dates. 4. CI/CD Implementation in FocusPN CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment) was implemented to simplify application deployment across development and production environments, enabling near zero-downtime deployment. This allows rapid deployments without disrupting availability. Currently, the deployment architecture is being upgraded to Kubernetes, supported by the Center for Financial Information Systems and Technology (Pusintek).
