5. Are provider, phone, hosting, or usage fees included?
No. Third-party subscriptions, phone numbers, hosting, and usage fees are paid separately by the buyer.
6. Does the package include multiple languages or voices?
The package covers one agreed language and voice configuration. Additional languages or voice options may require extra work and a custom offer.
7. What does the revision include?
One revision covers adjustments to the agreed flow or integration after delivery. New features, additional use cases, or a changed project scope are not revisions.
8. Can you work with a new app or build the whole app too?
This package integrates a voice agent into one existing app. A new app build or a larger end-to-end project isn’t included; message me first so we can define the scope.
