The system was designed to provide a structured and efficient platform for managing employee learning and development, helping organizations build a more skilled and capable workforce. The application includes features such as training module management, progress tracking, and centralized employee data handling, all delivered through a clean, intuitive, and user-friendly interface. Special attention was given to responsiveness, performance, and scalability to ensure smooth usage across devices. From a technical perspective, the system was built using React.js for the frontend, Node.js with Express.js for the backend, and MySQL for database management. Session-based authentication and secure data handling were implemented to ensure reliability and data integrity. This project highlights strong expertise in full-stack web development, system architecture, and building real-world solutions that improve organizational efficiency and employee growth.
