Which cloud provider do you recommend for beginners?
DigitalOcean and Hetzner are the most beginner-friendly - simple pricing, clean dashboards, and excellent value. AWS and Azure offer the most power and global reach but have a steeper learning curve. I'll help you choose the best fit based on your budget, traffic expectations & comfort level
Do I need to create the server myself before ordering?
No - you don't need to do anything in advance. I can guide you step-by-step through creating a free-tier or paid cloud account, or you can create the server/VPS yourself and simply share SSH access with me. Either way works perfectly.
Can you migrate my existing website to a cloud server?
Yes. I handle full site migrations - WordPress, PHP apps, Laravel projects, Node.js apps, and more - from shared hosting, cPanel, or any other environment to your new cloud server. Migrations are done with zero or minimal downtime using DNS TTL management.
What tech stacks and frameworks do you support?
I support a wide range of stacks and frameworks including LAMP (Apache, MySQL, PHP), LEMP (NGINX, MySQL, PHP), Node.js (Express, REST APIs), Vue.js front-end apps, Laravel, CodeIgniter, and WordPress. If you have a specific stack not listed - just ask. Chances are I've worked with it.
Is SSL included? How does it work?
Yes - SSL is included in every package. I install a free Let's Encrypt certificate via Certbot and configure your web server (NGINX or Apache) to force HTTPS. Your visitors will see the padlock icon and your site will be fully encrypted. Renewal is automated so it never expires.
Can you set up email sending (SMTP) from my server?
Yes. I configure SMTP for transactional email sending - using Postfix, SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES, or any other provider you prefer. This ensures your contact forms, registration emails, and notifications are delivered reliably and don't land in spam.
Is my server secure after you finish?
Every setup includes SSL, UFW firewall rules, SSH key configuration, and basic server hardening as standard. The Premium package includes full hardening - disabling root login, fail2ban intrusion prevention, port security, and more. I don't just get your site online; I make sure it stays safe.
What if something breaks after delivery?
I stand behind my work. If anything goes wrong within the revision window due to my setup, I'll fix it at no extra charge. I also offer ongoing support packages if you'd like continued peace of mind after delivery.
How do I share server access with you safely?
You can share access via Fiverr's encrypted messaging system. I typically need SSH credentials (IP, username, password or key) and optionally your domain registrar or DNS panel access. Everything is handled confidentially and credentials are never stored after the job is done.
Do you offer custom or one-off requests?
Absolutely. If your project doesn't fit neatly into one of my packages - unusual stack, complex migration, multi-server setup, custom integrations - just send me a message describing what you need. I offer custom offers for unique requirements.
