Facilitate in Infrastructure Ageements and their Compliance/Assist in payroll and payment of utility bills. Providing Payslips to National Staff on monthly basis and their Follow-up. Ensure Timely payment of Utility Bills / Invoices (i. e. Travel Agent, Accomodation etc.). Ensures Timely payment of Post-paid Mobile Phone Bills and sharing the Bills with respective users for Reimbursement of Personal Call / SMS to Finance Department. Ensure Timely payment of Rent for Rented Premises to the Owner. Ensure Timely Extension of Lease Agreements in consultation with HR/Admin. Manager. Ensure Compliance of Lease Agreements for Infrastructure Expenditures with Logistics. 6. Ensure Filing and Updating Administrative Files.
