What data do you need from me?
A sales export for the last 60-90 days (Seller Central Business Report or your own sales sheet), your current stock levels, unit cost and supplier lead time for each SKU. I'll tell you exactly what to export.
Does it work for both FBA and FBM?
Yes. For FBA the model can include inbound shipments and prep time; for FBM it works from your own warehouse stock. I co-built an FBM division, so I know both sides well.
Can I update the model myself later?
Yes. You paste fresh sales and stock data into the input tabs and everything recalculates. The guide explains the weekly routine step by step. Automatic data import can be added as a separate order.
