Send a clear description of the issue, affected page or feature, screenshots or screen recording if possible, and any error messages. I may also need temporary access to the relevant code, hosting, or admin area after the order starts.
Should I contact you before placing an order?
Yes, for complex bugs, backend issues, APIs, payments, databases, server problems, or multiple unrelated issues. For one small and clearly defined issue, you can select the appropriate package directly.
What counts as one bug?
One bug means one clearly defined issue affecting a specific page, feature, or behavior. Multiple unrelated problems are treated as separate issues and may require a higher package, Gig extra, or custom offer.
Can you fix responsive or mobile website problems?
Yes. I can fix many desktop, tablet, and mobile layout issues, including spacing, alignment, overflow, menus, sections, buttons, and other responsive design problems.
Can you add a new feature instead of fixing a bug?
Yes. The Premium package can include one clearly defined custom feature. Small additional features may also be available as Gig extras. Larger functionality should be discussed before ordering.
Can you fix API or third-party integration problems?
Yes. I can troubleshoot supported REST API and third-party integration issues. Complexity depends on the API, authentication, documentation, existing code, and the specific problem.
What is included in a revision?
A revision covers reasonable adjustments to the delivered fix within the originally agreed scope. A new bug, unrelated request, or additional feature is not considered a revision.
Can you guarantee every website problem can be fixed?
Not every issue can be guaranteed because some depend on unsupported software, third-party services, missing access, hosting limits, or damaged code. For complex problems, message me first so I can confirm feasibility.
