Worked as a busser at Konstantine’s Greek Taverna, supporting daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced dining environment. Responsibilities included clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently, assisting servers with maintaining smooth table turnover, and helping keep the dining area clean, organized, and welcoming for guests. Regularly supported both front-of-house flow and overall guest experience by responding quickly to staff needs, delivering water, assisting with food running when needed, and ensuring tables were prepared for incoming customers. Helped maintain cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant, including sweeping, organizing service areas, and keeping supplies stocked during busy shifts. This role required strong time management, teamwork, and attention to detail, especially during high-volume service periods. It also involved staying aware of the dining room at all times, communicating effectively with servers and other staff, and helping create an efficient and positive experience for guests. Working at Konstantine’s Greek Taverna strengthened my ability to work under pressure, stay productive in a busy environment, and contribute to a team-focused workplace. It also helped build customer service awareness, adaptability, and a strong work ethic in a hospitality setting.
