Formal for almost every shop. Informal fits youth fashion, gaming and some lifestyle brands. Getting this wrong is the most common and most damaging mistake foreign sites make. Tell me your audience and I will recommend.
Can you create the legally required pages my shop needs?
No. I tell you which ones are missing. The content itself must come from you or a lawyer - those pages carry real liability and are not something to improvise. Everything else on the site I handle.
