Is 24/7 support included?
No, response times are best-effort within the agreed window for your package, not an emergency on-call service.
What if I need more time than my monthly allowance covers?
Extra time beyond your package's allowance is billed separately, or you can upgrade to a higher tier, happy to discuss what fits your needs.
