As a Frontend Developer / Web Designer at Dalubhasaan ng Lungsod ng Lucena, I work full-time as part of a collaborative development team responsible for building and maintaining the official website of the institution. The project focuses on delivering a modern, accessible, and user-friendly digital platform that supports the school’s academic and administrative needs. My primary responsibilities revolve around frontend development and web design, where I translate design concepts into responsive, functional, and visually engaging interfaces. I develop frontend features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and adherence to web standards. I also contribute to component-based development and layout structuring to maintain consistency across pages. On the design side, I actively use Figma to create and refine UI/UX designs, wireframes, and page layouts. I collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to ensure that visual designs align with functional requirements and institutional branding. This includes improving user flow, accessibility, and overall user experience for students, faculty, and visitors.
