WHY ME
Eight years in operations and project delivery. I built and ran a departmental SharePoint service for hundreds of staff. It cut the time to find an answer from 25 minutes to 5, and helpdesk response from two days to four hours. Use of the site rose 27 percent year on year.

Will you need access to our tenant?
Yes, a scoped account created by your own Microsoft 365 admin, with access limited to the site being built and removed at handover. I never need anyone's password, and I will not ask for one.
Can you migrate our existing content?
Yes, included in the Build and Migrate package, or as an extra on smaller orders. Migration is priced by volume, so tell me roughly how many documents and pages you are moving.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Everything is built inside your own tenant, from scratch, and it is yours from the moment it exists. I keep no copies and I reuse nothing from other clients.
Will our team be able to maintain it?
That is the point of the handover guide. The build deliberately uses standard SharePoint features rather than anything custom, so an ordinary team member can add a page without needing me again.
Do you build custom code or web parts?
No. I build with out of the box features, standard web parts and Power Platform where it helps. If your requirement genuinely needs custom development, I will say so and point you elsewhere.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send it before you order and I will sign it. I handle confidential material as standard and do not discuss client work with anyone.
