Are you French?
No. I am french canadian (a quebecer) so my native accent is an american one, even though I am capable of delivering an international french accent.
How do your "Commercial" and "Broadcast" rights work?
Basic fee is for personal use. I charge those rights per 500 words and in exchange, I grant you a worldwide, perpetual (for the duration of the applicable copyright) licence for the work I recorded for you. Broadcast includes TV, radio, and internet commercials. Commercial is everything in between
