I worked with a real estate company that needed to move their lead management process into GoHighLevel and make their sales system easier to track, manage, and follow up with. Before the setup, their leads were coming from different sources such as landing pages, property inquiry forms, calls, and manual follow-ups. The main issue was that the team did not have one clear system to see where each lead came from, what stage the lead was in, and who needed to follow up next. My role was to help structure and set up their GoHighLevel account for real estate lead management. I organized the CRM, imported and cleaned contact records, created custom fields, tags, lead sources, and pipeline stages for buyer leads, seller leads, rental inquiries, and appointment-based follow-ups. I also built funnel pages for property inquiries and lead capture, connected the forms to the CRM, and made sure every new submission entered the correct pipeline automatically. The system was set up so that leads could move from new inquiry to contacted, appointment booked, property interest, follow-up, closed, or lost without the team needing to manually organize everything. The project included setting up automated email/SMS follow-up, appointment reminders, internal notifications, and simple lead tracking so the business could respond faster and reduce missed opportunities. By the end of the project, the company had a cleaner GoHighLevel system with around 300+ contacts organized, multiple real estate pipelines, working funnels, and a follow-up process that made lead handling much easier for the team.
