Built a complex multi-track n8n ai video automation workflow for a real estate business that automatically generates property listing videos from raw data; no manual video editing, no manual writing, no human involvement after setup. The Problem: The client had multiple new property listings every week and was spending hours manually writing listing descriptions, creating video content, and publishing. They needed a fully automated system that could handle everything the moment a new listing was added. The Solution: I designed and built a three-track n8n automation workflow that handles the entire video production pipeline from start to finish. Track 1 - Main Video Generation: - Google Sheets trigger fires when a new property listing is added - AI agent generates a full video script and scene-by-scene prompts using OpenAI - n8n fetches all required video assets via HTTP requests - Scenes are compiled and passed to Creatomate for full video rendering - Final video is processed and prepared for delivery Track 2 - Secondary Format Generation: - A parallel AI agent handles an alternate listing video format - Runs its own asset fetching, scene building, and video output pipeline Track 3 - Status Management & Delivery: - Tracks completion status across both video tracks - Compresses the final video output - Delivers via HTTP request to the client's system - Updates the original Google Sheets row with the completed video status automatically Tech Stack: n8n, OpenAI Chat Model, Google Sheets API, Creatomate, HTTP Request, JavaScript Code Nodes, AI Workflow Automation Result: A fully hands-free ai video automation system. Every new property listing triggered the entire pipeline automatically; script, video, delivery, and status update, saving the client hours of production work every single week.
