Veelgestelde vragen
What are your working hours and time zone?
Answer: We are based in Italy (CET/CEST) and dedicate our weekday evenings (after 6:00 PM CET) to these tasks. This perfectly aligns with off-peak maintenance windows. Weekends can be coordinated for major deployments.
How will you access our Veeam Backup server?
Answer: Access methods are agreed upon case-by-case. For compliance, we integrate into your toolset. We can connect via your corporate VPN, secure RDP, or supervised live screen-sharing (Teams, Zoom, etc.) depending on your policies.
How will you access our Veeam Backup server?
No. We guarantee surgical quality by strictly limiting our scope to the performance tuning of your existing infrastructure (proxies, throttling, repositories). We do not handle DR planning or security hardening.
What does "Two Systems Administrators" mean for my project?
We work as a unified team. While one expert configures your proxy or throttling settings, the other reviews the architecture and backup chains in real-time, drastically reducing errors and ensuring optimal tuning.
We are an Italian company. Offrite supporto in lingua italiana?
Assolutamente sì! As native Italian speakers, we can smoothly conduct all technical meetings, troubleshooting sessions, and project documentation entirely in Italian.
