I help food, beverage and FMCG plants find and fix their biggest production losses. I lead Manufacturing Excellence at a multi-line beverage plant in East Africa covering bottling, preform and cap production. I started on the shop floor as a packaging operator and later led the commissioning of a new packaging line, so I build tools that operators actually use.
