About me :
I am Jacques Maupeu-Wise, a pro drummer based in Toulouse, France. I can record professionnal sounding midi drum tracks for all types of customers whether it be for demos and songwriting or final drum tracks for a commercial release.
How it works :
I record drum tracks via my electronic kit, this gives you a realistic result as the parts are actually played by a drummer with realistic velocities.
You can also send a track with programmed drums to give me an idea of what vibe you are going for.
I will record and send the mixed drums back to you with a midi file depending on the chosen package.
I can also map my drums according to whatever drum library you are using (EZDrummer, GGD, Superior Drummer) so that when you import my midi file, everything lines up correctly right off the bat!
All audio files will be sent in .WAV and .MIDI
Don't hesitate to message me to talk about the track and discuss on what would fit the song the best or what you are going for (speed drumming, groove, over the top, keep it simple etc)

My name is Jacques Maupeu-Wise, a 27 year old pro drummer and producer specialized in modern rock and metal music.
I have been playing the drums for 15+ years and currently play in multiple touring bands including modern metalcore band FROM DUSK TO DAWN.

How do I know if the drum parts will be realistic?
I record all my drum parts on an electronic kit so they are played by an actuel (pro) drummer!
Can you fully edit my midi drums ?
Yes of course! I can fully quantize the whole track if that is the sound you are going for, or keep some realism in the track with non edited drum parts recorded on my e-kit.
Can I change the drum sound if I don't like it?
Yes indeed! I have a sample bank of several drum kits and cymbals and we can choose a sound together that will fit your song best!

Jacques was absolutely awesome and went above and beyond. Delivered well before the expected date with an awesome result, cannot recommend enough. And will be working with him in the future on more tracks. If you have a rock or metal song that needs a more personal and human touch, this is your guy.
