Do I need to buy anything from Microsoft?
No. I work with the standard connectors included in Microsoft 365 Business Standard, Business Premium and E3/E5. If your specific flow uses a premium connector you already have, that's fine too - nothing new to purchase.
How do you access my flow?
Whichever you prefer. Either a guest maker account on the one environment, or you export the flow and send me the file. If your IT policy blocks guest access, the export route works fine.
What if the flow can't be fixed?
Message me before ordering with the error message and a screenshot of the failed run. I'll tell you honestly whether it's fixable and roughly what's involved. I'd rather turn down a job than take one I can't finish.
Will it break again?
That's what the hardening is for. I add error handling so the flow tells you when something goes wrong instead of failing quietly. And you get 14 days of free fixes if the same issue returns.
Can you also build new flows, not just fix them?
