Worked across e-commerce, sales, operations and customer service within a busy automotive business, supporting the day-to-day management of online sales channels and order fulfilment. Managed and maintained product listings across platforms including Amazon, eBay and WooCommerce, creating new listings, updating product information and ensuring catalogue data remained accurate and consistent. Worked with large product ranges and used Microsoft Excel extensively for product data, stock management, reporting, bulk updates and general administration. Used systems including Linnworks and Royal Mail Click & Drop to process orders, manage stock and support shipping and warehouse operations. Responsibilities included generating invoices and shipping labels, checking customer and delivery information, processing orders from receipt through to dispatch, and supporting picking, packing and stock control. Also handled customer enquiries, account management and sales-related tasks, resolving issues and ensuring customers received accurate information and a high level of service. The role required strong attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving, particularly when managing large volumes of product data, orders and customer information across multiple systems and sales channels.
