I will extract contract deadlines and set up renewal reminder automation
jamiu kay
Over deze dienst
Still digging through email threads and folders to find contract deadlines? You're not alone contract professionals spend up to 2 hours searching a single document, and 40% of a contract's value is lost through poor post-signature management.
I'll fix that in days, not months.
What I deliver:
- AI-powered extraction of every renewal date, auto-renewal clause, notice window, and price escalation across your contract portfolio
- A human-verified summary flagging your riskiest contracts (AI does the first pass, I check the flags no blind automation on liability clauses)
- Automated alerts 90/60/30 days before every deadline, so you never miss a notice window or get trapped in a silent auto-renewal at a bad rate
- A searchable contract database (Notion or Airtable) your whole team can actually use no enterprise CLM, no six-month implementation, no IT department required
Why me: I build fast, practical contract automation using tools you already have Google Drive, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, n8n. No bloated software. No buy-in meetings. Working system, delivered this week.
Message me before ordering, I'll confirm your scope first so we get it right the first time.

Veelgestelde vragen
Can you automate contract renewals in Google Drive / Notion?
Yes, I build the full tracking and alert system inside your existing tools.

Clauses that silently renew contracts at increased rates with short notice windows. I flag every one with the exact deadline to cancel or renegotiate.
Do you use AI, and is it reliable for legal documents?
AI does the first extraction pass; I personally verify every risk flag before delivery. You get speed and accuracy.
Can you extract obligations and key terms, not just dates?
Yes parties, payment terms, termination rights, liability caps, and notice requirements can all be extracted as add-ons.
What file types do you accept?
PDF, Word, scans (OCR handled), even email-forwarded contracts.
Can you set up reminders in Slack or email?
Yes email, Slack, calendar, or all three.
