Over deze dienst
If you're seeking seamless communication solutions, your search ends here. Over the years, I've been helping businesses in Poland in setting up 3CX PBX, ensuring seamless communication experiences.
With my services, you can choose from three comprehensive packages designed to cater to your specific requirements:
- Not sure where to begin with 3CX? My BASIC package provides you with expert guidance on the ideal installation location and the most suitable license type for your needs. Get started on the right foot with professional advice that ensures your communication setup is on point.
- Experience hassle-free installation with our STANDARD package. I will not only install 3CX for you but also integrate your provided extensions seamlessly. Additionally, I'll assist in configuring essential components like SIP Trunks, ensuring your communication network is running efficiently.

Veelgestelde vragen
Why should I contact you before I buy your services?
Considering that each project has unique requirements regarding availability, cost, and time. It's essential to connect beforehand to address these aspects and ensure clarity before proceeding with an order. Apart from that: do you really want to buy a pig in a poke? Contact me to avoid surprises :)
What are the costs of 3CX?
3CX has its free options, which will fulfill basic requirements. However more demanding users will find standard license insufficient. 3CX charges mostly for the number of simultaneous calls. For basic 4SC the SMB license starts from $175, and PRO license starts from $145 on-premise / $295 hosted.
Can I make future changes easily?
While creating new extensions and adding them to 3CX is as easy as pie, provisioning IP phones, especially those without 3CX support can be quite a challenge. However I will offer you support even when I will finish my task.
What if my expectations aren't met?
We provide limitless revisions. Kindly invest effort into the design we craft, outlining changes needed to align with your vision. If initial revisions fall short, a refund is an option.

Jan is very knowledgable and competent with 3CX and was able to successfully create a call flow for me that accomplished what I needed, and did so in a timely manner. Even though he's in Poland I'm in the US, we were able to coordinate a time for successful deployment of the new call flow. Thank you, Jan!

Without exaggeration the most professional and competent service provider I have worked with so far on Fiverr. Both the clear presentation of his software solution for our telephone system and its implementation were of the highest level. Thank you Jan!
