After responding to the initial inquiry she reached out to learn about the design concepts and preferences and also tried to accomplish it by presenting three design concepts from which one was selected. Overall experience was very good!

I don’t appreciate when the project is not completed timely and then the freelancer refuses to promptly approve a refund. I gave her an extra 12 hours but she was still unable to deliver. She was very responsive until she missed the second deadline. Once I asked for a refund she went ghost. It’s a huge inconvenience.
