I work as an independent AI automation specialist, building custom systems for businesses that want to reduce manual work and never miss a customer inquiry. My core focus areas: - AI voice agents designing inbound/outbound calling systems using Vapi and Retell AI, including appointment booking, lead qualification and call routing logic - Workflow automation building end-to-end automations in n8n and Make that connect CRMs, calendars, email, and messaging platforms (WhatsApp Business API, Telegram, GoHighLevel) - AI knowledge assistants building retrieval based chatbots using vector search (Qdrant) so businesses can give clients instant, accurate answers from their own documents - Self-hosted AI infrastructure setting up and maintaining local LLM environments (Ollama, llama.cpp, Open WebUI) and AI agent frameworks for clients who want full control over their data I work directly with business owners to map out their actual process first, then build the automation around it not the other way around. Every system I deliver includes documentation so the client's team can maintain it without depending on me long term. Clients typically come to me because they're losing leads to missed calls, spending hours on repetitive manual tasks or want an AI system that's actually reliable in production not just a demo.
