What software do you use to build the dashboards?
For this specific gig, all dashboards and financial models are built exclusively in Microsoft Excel. Excel provides the most flexibility for complex financial modeling, forecasting, and "What-If" scenarios, ensuring you and your team can easily use and maintain the file.
In what format do I need to provide my financial data?
Please provide your raw data in a clean, standardized Excel (.xlsx) or CSV format (such as a standard P&L or Trial Balance export from your accounting software).
What if my raw data is messy or my bank feeds aren't reconciled?
Dashboarding requires accurate underlying data. If your ledger is currently disorganized, has suspense balances, or requires heavy reconciliation, please message me first! I offer a separate "Ledger Cleanup" service and can provide a custom quote to clean your books before we build the dashboard.
How do the live consulting hours work?
Live consulting is conducted via Fiverr’s integrated Zoom feature. Depending on your package, we will use this time to align on your strategic goals, review the completed dashboard, analyze your variances, and ensure you know exactly how to interpret the data for your board or management meetings.
Can you sign an NDA before reviewing my company's financials?
Absolutely. I understand the highly sensitive nature of corporate financial data. I am happy to sign your company's Non-Disclosure Agreement before you share any internal reports or CSV files.
Is the final Excel file locked, or can my team edit it?
The final dashboard is delivered ready to use. If you require the "Source File" to be completely unlocked (with all underlying architectural formulas and backend data mapping exposed for your internal data team to modify), this is available as a Gig Extra.
Will you make revisions to the dashboard based on client feedback?
I will ensure that the dashboard aligns with your requirements right at the outset. However, I will agree to revisions based on feedback. For the Basic Package, I will do one revision. For the Standard Package, I will do two revisions and for the Premium Package, I will do three revisions.
