Do I need a Microsoft 365 subscription to use your service?
Yes. Copilot Studio and Power Automate run inside the Microsoft ecosystem. You'll need at least a Microsoft 365 Business license. If you're unsure what you have, send me your setup details and I'll confirm before we start.
What information do I need to provide before you start building?
A clear description of the task or workflow you want automated, the tools or platforms it touches (CRM, SharePoint, Teams, etc.), and any data sources the agent needs to access. The more specific, the faster the build.
Will I be able to manage and update the agent after delivery?
Yes. Every delivery includes workflow documentation covering the logic, integrations, and how to make basic updates. You own the system completely after handover.
Can you integrate with tools outside the Microsoft ecosystem?
Yes. Using n8n and REST API connections, I can connect your agent to external CRMs, databases, webhooks, and third-party platforms like HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, and others. Specify your stack when you message.
