HOW IT WORKS
After ordering, youll ship your product to the provided address. Once received, Ill photograph, professionally edit, and deliver your selected number of finished images.
PLEASE NOTE
- Products are not returned after the shoot.
- Send products new, clean, undamaged, securely packaged, and camera-ready. Product or packaging defects are not automatically corrected through retouching.
- Revisions cover reasonable edits to delivered images. New concepts, setups, additional images, or reshoots are not revisions.
- Contact me before ordering for large, fragile, perishable, or special-handling products.
- Not responsible for shipping loss or damage. Damaged arrivals may be canceled or replaced.

Do I need to ship my product to you?
Yes. This service is for photography of your physical product. Shipping instructions will be provided after ordering. Please contact me before ordering if your product requires special handling.
Will my product be returned after the shoot?
No. Products submitted for photography are not returned. Please only send products you are comfortable leaving with me.
What counts as a revision?
Revisions include reasonable adjustments to delivered images, such as cropping, color, or minor retouching. New concepts, setups, additional images, or reshoots are not revisions.
Can I provide creative direction or brand guidelines?
Absolutely. You can provide brand colors, reference images, campaign direction, mood boards, or other guidance before the shoot. I’ll use these to inform the creative direction within your selected package.
Can you photograph any type of product?
Most consumer products are welcome. Please contact me before ordering for large, fragile, perishable, highly reflective, or special-handling items so I can confirm the shoot is a good fit.
Do you correct product or packaging imperfections?
Standard retouching is included, but significant scratches, dents, damaged packaging, printing defects, or other physical imperfections are not automatically corrected. Please send a clean, camera-ready product.
Will styled images match my brand?
Yes. Brand information and creative preferences are collected before the shoot. Styled images are created around an agreed direction while allowing room for professional creative judgment.
